💰 WHAT BUDGET SHOULD WE EXPECT?
Bingo That’s Bonkers is a fully hosted interactive entertainment experience rather than traditional bingo.
Most private and corporate events typically range between £1,995 – £5,000+ + VAT depending on:
• Guest numbers
• Venue location
• Production requirements
• Event timings
• Travel & accommodation
• Whether sound, lighting or screens are required
Smaller setups and larger-scale productions can both be tailored where suitable.

Typically around 2 hours — but we’re flexible depending on your needs.

🏢 Can we have branding during the event?
Definitely. We can add your company branding to our bingo books, screens, props, and shoutouts. Perfect for conferences, launches, or awards nights.
🔊 DO YOU PROVIDE SOUND & LIGHTING?
Yes. We can provide full sound, microphones and lighting setups if your venue does not already have production in place.
🍻 IS THIS A SEATED EVENT?
Most events are a mix of seated bingo and standing party atmosphere throughout the night depending on the venue and event type.
🚚 DO YOU TRAVEL ACROSS THE UK?
Yes. We perform nationwide for private, corporate and ticketed events across the UK.

Most public Bingo That’s Bonkers events are strictly 18+ due to the party atmosphere, loud music and content.
🏛 WHAT TYPE OF VENUE DO YOU NEED?
We work best in venues with enough space for seating, dancing and audience interaction. Village halls, theatres, clubs, hotels and event spaces can all work depending on guest numbers.

Access to power, suitable performance space and setup access before guests arrive. We’ll advise full requirements during booking.

Yes. We can tailor music, shoutouts, tributes and special moments for birthdays, corporate events and celebrations.
🧾 ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. We carry full Public Liability Insurance and can provide documentation on request.
❌ What if we need to cancel or change the date?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to move your booking depending on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable under certain conditions.
